Our operations extend across major global markets with offices and warehouses in the Americas, APAC, UK, and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations within our warehouse facility, including Receiving, Production, and Shipping.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to production teams and supervisors.
  • Manage and assess employee and system resources to ensure maximum productivity with minimal downtime.
  • Supervise departments comprising over 100 employees in a fast-paced environment with more than 400 staff members.
  • Ensure smooth workflow across production lines.
  • Collaborate with executive management to set ambitious goals for the warehouse and teams.
  • Foster effective communication with associates to create a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Aim to reduce overhead costs while enhancing productivity across all product lines.
  • Manage employee schedules across departments to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Establish policies and processes that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product quality, safety, or integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-standard health and safety regulations.
  • Report any issues or challenges to senior management while actively working towards solutions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in production or warehouse settings within a processing or manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to leverage world-class ERP and materials management tools to optimize capacity planning, material movement, shop floor management, and reporting.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage directly on the production floor.
  • Strong logistics experience is advantageous.
  • A solid blend of business operations, quality assurance, continuous improvement, process development, and program management experience to deliver innovative solutions to a variety of challenges.
  • Ability to build and maintain trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in leading and mentoring staff to achieve significant outcomes, along with effective team-building and communication skills.
  • Exhibit high professional ethics, sound judgment, and the capacity to make timely decisions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
