    Requirements
    • 5 to 7 years' experience in Warehouse Management, preferably in a Transportation and 3PL facility.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
    • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
    • Experience and interest in process improvement and optimization.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in developing and setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
