Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to elevate our brands and raise brand awareness through innovative, multichannel, and cross-functional marketing campaigns.
  • Lead collaborative relationships with business partners and marketing teams to develop marketing plans and strategies.
  • Integrate cross-functional collaboration and innovations by supplying subject matter expertise between business partners and marketing teams.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Lead integrated teams in the development of multi-channel creative campaigns to motivate audiences to take action.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities to support the development of marketing strategies.
  • Manage assigned marketing budgets.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 8 or more years of progressive related experience required.
  • Subject-matter-expert understanding of the marketing function/discipline and demonstrated application of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
