Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to oversee the estimating department and manage bid documents, develop proposals, and source vendors and subcontractors during both bid and post-award phases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a bid/estimating role and a strong background in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bid documents, develop proposals, and source vendors and subcontractors
  • Prepare and review confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with small business requirements and write subcontracting plans
  • Conduct negotiations and manage the executive's calendar
  • Organize meetings and handle facility bookings and catering
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a bid/estimating role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
