Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to oversee the estimating department and manage bid documents, develop proposals, and source vendors and subcontractors during both bid and post-award phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bid documents, develop proposals, and source vendors and subcontractors
  • Prepare and review confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with small business requirements, write subcontracting plans, and conduct negotiations
  • Manage the executive's calendar, organize meetings, and handle facility bookings and catering
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a bid/estimating role
  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and high level of professionalism and confidentiality
