Business Development Manager

As a key member of our team, the Account Manager will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. This role requires a sales-minded professional who can proactively market relevant products and services to improve the lives of our customers.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Build and maintain a network of referral partners to create leads and help more people.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships through proactive marketing and sales efforts.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
