Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate/Project Estimator to join our team at Creative Recreational Systems, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Contract Manufacturer, Distributor, and Installer of commercial recreation equipment.

As a Sales Associate/Project Estimator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer and Vendor Relations: Building and enhancing relationships with customers and vendors to offer product and service solutions.
  • Communication Management: Handling communications, logistics, and overall office operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Proposal Creation: Developing customer proposals and cost estimates to drive business growth.
  • Customer Support: Providing exceptional support through phone, email, and chat, analyzing customer requirements, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Information Provision: Offering product and service information to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge needed to make informed decisions.
  • Research and Analysis: Assisting in research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
  • Order Processing: Processing orders and coordinating with manufacturers globally to meet customer demands.
  • Record Management: Managing and coordinating customer records to maintain accurate data and enhance customer experience.
  • Customer Assistance: Answering questions, confirming orders, and keeping customers informed of order status to build trust and loyalty.
  • Continuous Learning: Participating in educational opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a starting salary of $26+ per hour and opportunities for increased pay, bonus incentives, overtime, and advancement. We also offer a part-time option for students (20-30 hours per week).

  • A relevant degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Telecommunications and digital media knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Reliability and initiative
  • Adaptability (ability to handle multiple priorities in a changing environment)
  • Attention to detail
  • Proposal management experience
  • Research proficiency (strong analytical skills)
