We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Vibe team in San Francisco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment in our new campus, empowering Canvanauts to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-the-ground operational support and be the first point of contact for Canvanauts and visitors in our San Francisco campus.
- Organize impactful events that span peak moments, company celebrations, wellness initiatives, and more.
- Manage the creation and distribution of our US Canvazine, Canva's monthly e-zine for employees.
- Perform day-to-day functions, including office supplies, F&B program, and general administrative tasks.
- Manage internal communication Slack channels and handle last-minute requests and issues as they arise.
- Perform weekly facility inspections to ensure a safe and compliant workplace environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and jump in where needed.
- Play a role in the employee lifecycle, including on and off boarding, internal events, and workplace experience initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, or a similar field.
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing them.
- Passion for building and maintaining a tight-knit community within the workplace.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to take ownership of multiple projects.
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
- Accountable, resourceful, and proactive.
- Experience with managing large-scale projects and multiple vendors.
- Experience with facilities, events, and vendor management is a plus.
- Experience with our tools: Canva, Slack, G-suite, Envoy.

At Canva, we value fairness, and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation whilst ensuring internal equity within the team in each region. We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience, and our overall assessment of what we observed and learnt in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position is $76,000 to $113,000. This is a non-exempt role eligible for overtime. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
