Citizant is seeking a highly skilled Government Badging Credentialing Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the enrollment process for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Coordinate with applicants to schedule appointments and collect required documentation.
- Verify the authenticity of provided documents and information to prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
- Maintain accurate records of the enrollment process, including documentation of each applicant's information.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management and coordination.
- Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
