International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterology Physician to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive gastroenterology care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide inpatient and outpatient clinical and surgical care, including endoscopic procedures such as EGD, Colonoscopy, and ERCPs.
- Be present in the endoscopy suite for all gastroenterology procedures and provide intraoperative follow-up as needed.
- Consult with patients at their bedside or in the clinic setting, as required.
- Manage medications and provide discharge education and follow-up instructions to patients.
- Perform administrative tasks related to patient care and facility organization.
- Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in one or more states.
- Board certification in Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent.
- DEA license and a minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience, preferably in GI specialty.
- Previous VA or military experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Doctor of Medicine degree or equivalent from an accredited medical school.
- Work is typically performed in a clinic or hospital setting.
- May require prolonged sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- US citizenship or permanent resident card is required.
- Must be local or relocate to the project site for the duration of the contract.
- Pass/possess VA Public Trust Clearance and pass VHA credentialing process.
- Able to provide references.

Compensation: $350,000 - $400,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, 401k plan, paid time off, and annual bonus.
