POSITION SUMMARY

Our roles extend beyond merely serving food; we aim to create a memorable and unique experience complemented by exceptional food and beverages. Our Guest Service Support Specialists proactively deliver a variety of services to ensure seamless food and beverage operations. Responsibilities include setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and restocking supplies, all contributing to an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Regardless of your position, several key factors are essential for success: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional. Guest Service Support Specialists will be active throughout their shifts, which may involve standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating uneven or slippery surfaces, managing menus, and engaging in hands-on tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance. Performing these duties effectively is crucial for our guests and our business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No prior work experience required; experience in a food and beverage setting is preferred.

Supervisory Experience: None required.

License or Certification: None required.

The compensation for this role ranges from $21.50 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, educational assistance, a 401(k) plan, stock purchase options, discounts at Marriott properties, commuter benefits, and childcare discounts. Benefits are subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility, enrollment, waiting periods, contribution limits, and exclusions. Employees will accrue paid time off for every hour worked and are eligible for a minimum of 7 holidays annually.
