Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and assist in both proactive and reactive maintenance of the property.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to ensure proper upkeep and sanitation of the premises.
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions or damages to the property.
  • Perform tasks such as pressure washing, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing common areas.
  • Manage waste disposal from common area bins and ensure proper replacement of liners.
  • Regularly sanitize gym and fitness equipment.
  • Monitor cleanliness in bathrooms, amenity spaces, and lounges.
  • Maintain awareness of safety measures.
  • Ensure storage areas are secured when not in use.
  • Safeguard utility meters and other essential fixtures.
  • Keep dumpster and compactor areas organized and properly maintained.
  • Distribute resident communications, including event notices and newsletters.
  • Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Promptly report maintenance issues for timely resolution.
  • Oversee cleanliness in all common areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and walkways.
  • Manage pet waste stations and ensure cleanliness.
  • Restock common area supplies as needed.
  • Safely operate waste management equipment.
  • Assist with scheduled waste and recycling pickups.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in customer service, housekeeping, or janitorial roles is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
