Thomas Cuisine is seeking a flexible food service attendant to join our team.

Compensation: $21.36 per hour

This role involves delivering services to residents in a manner that prioritizes their preferences. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Welcoming residents, guiding them to available seating, and presenting menus.
  2. Taking food orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff.
  3. Serving meals to residents in designated dining areas.
  4. Collaborating with team members to prepare the dining space.
  5. Ensuring menus are up-to-date, clean, and presentable.
  6. Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and service stations.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
  • Current Food Handlers Card in Washington State (or must obtain within 14 days of hire)
  • Completion of a TB test, 10-panel drug test, background check, and fingerprint test prior to starting.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • 1 year of experience in food service
  • 1 year of experience working with older adults
