Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled STTA Communications Specialist to support the development of internal and external communications products for our Locally Led Development Initiatives (LLDI) programs. The selected candidate will work remotely to provide copy editing, document formatting, and general communications support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide copy editing support for LLDI team materials, including reports, case studies, and stakeholder analysis
  • Review and standardize documents, including slide decks, facilitation guides, and learning materials
  • Support the development of communications products, such as blog posts, two-pagers, and slide decks
  • Assist with general communications tasks, including story development and copy editing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, international relations, or relevant field
  • At least five years of experience in communications, copy editing, content management, and/or journalism
  • Familiarity with the field of international development
  • Exceptional written, analytic, and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Impeccable customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Ability to support a geographically and culturally diverse range of stakeholders
  • USAID or similar organization experience preferred
