About the Role

We are proud to be one of 580 members of Relais & Châteaux, an international association of independent hotels and restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Applicants must have experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants, possess a positive attitude, and prioritize discipline.
  • Being goal-oriented and self-driven is essential.
  • We pride ourselves in teaching our team members the tools necessary to become a skilled Chef and leader in this profession.

  • Every member of our team is responsible for providing our guests with a personal, authentic, and memorable experience.
  • Cooks are trained to deliver exceptional service in partnership with the hospitality team, making guest interaction a requirement.
  • This position requires four days of work per week.

Qualifications

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly salary plus a portion of the hospitality charge collected on all guest checks.
