Regional Director of Operations

As a senior non-physician executive, you will lead the efficient and effective operations for a significant number of ambulatory practices, hospital-based practices, and/or diagnostic facilities within a geographic region or for one or more hospital-based service lines. You will supervise directors, practice managers, and team coordinators assigned to one or more practices and be responsible for the development and expert execution of strategic plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, staffing, employee development, performance management, customer service/satisfaction, service delivery, quality, revenue enhancement, expense control, budgeting, regulatory compliance, safety, and security.
- Supervise directors, practice managers, and team coordinators to ensure effective operations and achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field).
- 7 years of leadership experience in complex health-related organizations, with a track record of progressively responsible positions.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business results and improve patient outcomes.
