Job Summary

Sentara Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead the efficient and effective operations of a significant segment of our ambulatory practices, hospital-based practices, and/or diagnostic facilities within a geographic region or for one or more hospital-based service lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee the operations of multiple practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Supervise Directors, Practice Managers, and Team Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful practice operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, financial resources, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Level Degree in a relevant field (Required)
  • 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations (Preferred)
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and make informed decisions.
