Job Opportunity

Staffline, a leading industrial staffing firm, is seeking a customer-focused Bilingual Director of Sales to drive business growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate key client organizations and expand existing accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities, exceeding sales revenue quotas.
  • Collaborate with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies and marketing plans to further penetrate existing accounts.
  • Present company service offerings to prospective clients, develop proposals, and negotiate contractual terms and conditions.
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, assessing and communicating how Staffline can meet their needs.
  • Develop and execute sales presentations to potential clients, creating customized proposals for providing staffing services.
  • Manage all existing and new accounts in designated sales territory, ensuring client needs are met, problems are solved, and issues are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of closing new accounts and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency.
  • Established clientele or professional network.
  • Demonstrated background in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
