About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales Operations to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence team, you will play a strategic role in driving commercial success and improving area performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Area Sales Support team to drive critical KPIs and maximize share and retention opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to improve sales productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with commercial excellence to drive consistency and improve area performance.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise the Area Sales Support team to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
  • Coach and lead direct reports to improve their performance and business effectiveness.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years in sales, sales operations, or sales management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and processes.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience with data analytics tools and proficiency in interpreting sales metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey strategies, insights, and reports effectively to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
