Job Title: Sales Manager

At the Joseph Alexander Allstate Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth across Allstate product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and agency-wide sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to the sales team to ensure they have the tools needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the agency owner to set ambitious sales goals and business development plans.
  • Manage escalated customer inquiries and ensure any issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or a related field.
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
  • Proven success in leading a team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales performance tools.
