Client Experience Manager

A leading non-profit organization is dedicated to enhancing client experiences and improving patient care. Our mission is to create a seamless, engaging, and positive experience for every client we interact with.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at improving onsite client and patient interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with client experience goals.
  • Familiarize yourself with our client experience management platform and tools, including SurveyMonkey.
Typical Day:

Create and manage surveys, ensuring effective communication with providers and clients.

Analyze survey data and compile insights to drive decision-making.

Engage in both remote and in-person meetings to facilitate training and gather feedback.

On-the-Job Training Provided:

Google certification classes in project management, including two six-week courses.
