Job Title: Heavy Equipment Parts Sales Representative

At Whited Truck Center, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Parts Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Service: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Provide expert advice on parts and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our heavy equipment parts inventory, including features, specifications, and compatibility.
  • Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and handling any issues that may arise.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to proactively address customer needs and adjust sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the service and parts departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any customer issues.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of heavy equipment parts, including common brands and models.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using sales software and tools. Ability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies and systems.
