CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor, with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees. Our dedicated crews, trained and experienced in all major commercial roof systems, focus on safety and exceptional service.

Year-end compensation for this position ranges from $55k to $100k, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through self-generated leads, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Develop and present proposals for commercial and industrial roofing projects, leveraging your expertise and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Schedule follow-up visits with clients, prepare progress reports for management, and maintain accurate sales tracking records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction or industrial sales is essential.
  • Commercial roofing knowledge and experience are required.
  • Roofing estimators with experience in the field are preferred.
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive sales growth.
  • Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and follow-up abilities.
