We are currently in search of a skilled Production Coordinator who shares our enthusiasm and commitment to join our remarkable team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly communicate with the supervisor to provide updates; manage and prioritize an ongoing task list to ensure timely completion of all responsibilities.
  • Assist the production and sales teams throughout various phases of event planning, preparation, and execution.
  • Maintain and update multiple Tripleseat/RESERVE tracking systems utilized by the department on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and distribute updated Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for kitchen teams and production meetings.
  • Support the creative team by organizing photo and video materials for social media content.
  • Help the supervisor with arrangements for weekly offsite and onsite tastings, events, and deliveries, including tasks such as ordering supplies, returning items, packing, and running errands as required.
  • Complete daily tasks such as replenishing copier paper, tidying conference rooms, and managing office supply orders.
  • Oversee expense and mileage reporting, reconcile credit card statements, and submit expenses in a timely manner.
  • Act as a backup for the office assistant when necessary.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in event production is essential.
  • Experience in kitchen back-of-house operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with rental orders in both front-of-house and back-of-house settings is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to handle confidential client information, billing, and agreements with discretion.
  • Willingness to work overtime and occasionally on weekends with little notice.
  • Safe driving skills with the ability to navigate the city efficiently.
  • Positive demeanor, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Background check is mandatory.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate between $30 - $35 based on experience.
