Restaurant Operations Manager
As a Restaurant Operations Manager at McDonald's, you will play a vital role in the success of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading Internal Functions: You will lead important internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Delegating Tasks: You will effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back results.
- Supporting the General Manager: You will directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas:
- Kitchen: You will supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items.
- People: You will hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals.
- Service: You will deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff is trained and organizing key service areas within the restaurant to provide the best service.
- Teamwork: You will partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations of the restaurant.
To be a successful Restaurant Operations Manager, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: You will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Leadership Experience: You will have 1+ years' experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others or US Military Service.
- Commitment to Excellence: You will have a commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
- Strong Customer Service: You will have strong customer service and support focus.
- Effective Communication: You will have the ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
- Problem-Solving: You will have the ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
