Restaurant Operations Manager Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at KFC, you will be responsible for leading your restaurant team to achieve success metrics and guest experience goals. This includes ownership of restaurant performance, leading guest interactions, maintaining a clean restaurant, and serving fresh meals. You will also be responsible for growing and mentoring your team through training, development, and onboarding new members. Additionally, you will lead communications of team goals, upcoming promotions, and business updates. Your role will also involve partnering with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to drive business growth.

Success Factors:
As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be expected to lead by example with high standards in customer service, food quality, and cleanliness. You will be a true business partner with an ownership mindset, mentoring and coaching your team effectively. You will also be responsible for building a team through selecting and onboarding new hires. Your pride in your work and commitment to customer service will be evident in everything you do. You will be a goal-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
