Customer Service Representative

At P.R.I.D.E., we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our midday shift, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience in our store.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service during the busy midday hours
  • Manage the store's appearance and stock during peak hours
  • Handle a high volume of transactions with efficiency and a friendly attitude
  • Ensure a secure and safe shopping environment
  • Work seamlessly with colleagues to handle the unique pace and challenges of the afternoon and early evening
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness
  • Manage stock levels and assist in inventory processes

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in some states)
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
  • Basic math skills required
  • Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check
