About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Store Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone, determining customer needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, maintain a high-quality and visually appealing store environment, and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
