About the Role:
We are seeking exceptional recent graduates in IT or Computer Science to become part of our Customer Support Team as a Graduate Support Consultant. This role is based in our Reno, NV office, with the option for flexible working arrangements.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive technical support for the implementation and utilization of the Phocas product suite.
- Assist our customer base by providing effective technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving both simple and complex inquiries.
During the Graduate Program, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience across various scenarios, customers, and responsibilities.
- Ensure effective technical support delivery for the Phocas suite of products.
- Provide assistance to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Duties Include:
- Delivering technical support and resolving user requests.
- Conducting thorough troubleshooting to identify problems and implement corrective actions.
- Providing end-user training to maximize customer satisfaction with our solutions.
- Taking ownership of support cases to ensure the highest level of service.
- Documenting, tracking, and reporting on support cases.
Compensation:
Starting base salary of $50,000 per year.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (students currently pursuing these degrees are also encouraged to apply).
Essential Skills:
- Strong customer engagement skills are crucial, even if you lack industry or BI experience.
- Familiarity with SQL, data integration, databases, or data analytics is advantageous.
