Continuous Improvement Specialist

The OPEX Leader is responsible for implementing new techniques and methods of continuous improvement, driving and piloting Lean management projects to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and order flow on both administrative and physical levels.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute action plans to improve site performance.
- Plan, organize, and carry out identified improvement actions.
- Design, formalize, and adapt applicable procedures and supports.
- Support site operations and function managers in change management.
- Participate in the development and deployment of the Pandrol Group Operational Excellence Framework.
- Implement performance indicators and ensure their update.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans related to production means.
- Use and implement continuous improvement tools, such as lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and VSM.
- Plan and implement project actions.
- Lead cross-functional working groups to deploy continuous improvement across teams.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and brainstorms.
- Train and support technical and production teams in continuous improvement tools.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including project managers and production managers.
- Master continuous improvement approaches, including Lean, 5S, QRQC, and VSM.
- Master statistical tools.
- Master project management techniques.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Master office automation tools.
- Be organized and control time and priorities.
