Position Summary

We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to contribute to our mission of spreading the joy of gardening. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assembling customer orders while upholding high-quality standards and fostering a collaborative work environment. If you possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for sustainable living, this role may be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately assemble customer orders in accordance with packaging guidelines.
  • Safely operate a pallet jack as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
  • Promptly report any damages to the supervisor.
  • Ensure a safe and orderly environment within the facilities.
  • Adhere to company safety and quality procedures, along with other operational policies.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse role.
  • Preferred experience with pallet jacks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Capability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, pull, and push up to 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Willingness to engage in regular physical activity, including bending and standing for extended periods.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a lunch break.
  • Occasional overtime and weekend work may be necessary.

  • Starting pay rate of $16 per hour.
