Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to customers, building strong relationships with them, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use our Customer Care Sales Model to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Continuously prospect for sales opportunities and identify new business leads.
- Premium Collection and Customer Service: Collect premiums from policyholders, based on a pre-arranged schedule, and respond promptly to policyholder service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc.
- Record Keeping and Administration: Appropriately keep records, account for money collected, and process paperwork.
- Customer Service Experience: Must have prior customer service experience.
- Visitation and Communication Skills: Ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door and communicate effectively with them.
- Age and Licensing Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage.
- Dependable Vehicle and Background Check: Must have a dependable vehicle for daily travel and be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report check, and drug screening.
- Authorized to Work in the United States: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
