Job Opportunity

Q2 Impact is seeking an experienced Director, Digital Development and Advanced Analytics to lead the growth of our digital development and advanced analytics practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and technical leadership, with a focus on digital transformation in the foreign affairs domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a multidisciplinary team of experts in data, digital solutions, and IT.
  • Lead the development of digital and advanced analytics strategies that align with client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in digital solutions and analytics.
  • Refine strategies to position Q2 Impact as a leader in delivering comprehensive digital transformation services.

Business Development and Partnerships:

  • Identify new business opportunities in digital development and advanced analytics.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including federal and international agency decision-makers.
  • Lead proposal development efforts, ensuring solutions align with client objectives.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance team with expertise across data analytics, IT systems, and digital development.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Client Engagement and Solution Development:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their digital transformation needs.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with federal and international standards, ethical considerations, and regulatory frameworks.

Thought Leadership and Advocacy:

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Author white papers and case studies to showcase the company's expertise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the federal contracting space.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-cultural engagements.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying, capturing, and managing federal contracts related to AI and advanced analytics.

Compensation:

  • $155,000-175,000

Working Conditions:
