Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide essential company information; oversee the handling of mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform administrative tasks, take notes, maintain organized files, and manage documentation; assist with photocopying, faxing, and other clerical duties as required.
- Support the preparation of information and research materials; assist in creating and updating PowerPoint presentations.
- Document notes and minutes during meetings; type various documents, drafts, and reports; organize and categorize files.
- Conduct general errands related to the industry.
- Experience various departmental responsibilities and contribute ideas for business enhancement.
- Engage in designated business-focused projects, conducting research, proposing innovative solutions, and presenting findings during the internship.
- Interact with customers or clients, providing service and support.
- Learn and gain proficiency in internal software systems.
- Set up, organize, and maintain conference, training, and meeting rooms; keep company calendars updated.
- Participate in company events and networking opportunities.
- Shadow different roles and receive training in a variety of tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university or college program for academic credit.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Enthusiastic and ready to embrace new projects and challenges.
