Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Account Service Coordinator to join our National Accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fielding service-related phone calls, scheduling technicians, and providing daily updates to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field all service-related phone calls and schedule technicians to complete required service work, tasks, and preventative maintenance contracts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide customers with daily updates of all open service requests in a friendly and pleasant manner.
  • Notify customers in advance to maintain our service schedules.
  • Document all service performed and any service-related notes on all jobs daily so that accounting can accurately and promptly invoice customers when work is complete.
  • Pull and post parts to jobs daily to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Monitor service partner parts kits to ensure they have needed parts on hand during service calls.
  • Communicate effectively with the National Accounts team to ensure all aspects of service and customer needs are being met.

  • Knowledge and proficiency in basic computers/software skills
