About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supervisor Document Control and Training to join our team at Dexcom. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving strategic recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Document Control Technicians to review and route Change Control (CO), Deviation (DEV), and Corporate Change Order (CORPCO) documents for approval.
  • Support audits and audit preparation, updating and reviewing quality inspections, and creating quality documents for additional guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of industry experience.
  • Informal management/team lead experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
