Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Director of Pediatrics in our El Paso, Texas facility. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight to our pediatric nursing department.

Salary Information

$85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

As Director of Pediatrics, you will be accountable for:

  • Providing visionary leadership to our pediatric nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and optimize resource allocation.
  • Fostering strong relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to promote open communication and mutual respect.
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Possession of a current RN license and relevant certifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatrics or related field, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
