Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator RN for our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at El Paso Children's Hospital. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise off-shift functions of clinical units and assist with delegated projects
  • Assume managerial responsibilities, including supervision and evaluation of patient care and nursing associates
  • Coordinate preceptor activities and ensure continuity of patient care between shifts and clinical areas
Requirements
  • Three years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) card
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
  • Skill in using computer systems and related software applications
Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience
