About the Role

The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Nursing Director to lead their nursing team in El Paso, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a senior leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
  • Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a multi-unit level.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN licensure in Texas.
  • At least 5 years of experience in pediatric nursing, including leadership or management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
