The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a seasoned nursing professional to lead its pediatric department as a Pediatric Nursing Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced nurses to advance their careers and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

This position will be responsible for coordinating program development, assessing opportunities, and overseeing multiple departments to accomplish hospital objectives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, and the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the JobIn this role, you will function as an advisor to develop and evaluate proposed procedural changes that impact patient care. You will also direct the implementation and ensure compliance with standards of care that promote optimal healthcare delivery.
Closely monitoring profit and loss, revenue generation, and expenditure control, you will adjust staffing and other resources to optimize operations and streamline costs. Additionally, you will closely work with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
