This position will be responsible for coordinating program development, assessing opportunities, and overseeing multiple departments to accomplish hospital objectives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, and the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job

In this role, you will function as an advisor to develop and evaluate proposed procedural changes that impact patient care. You will also direct the implementation and ensure compliance with standards of care that promote optimal healthcare delivery.

Closely monitoring profit and loss, revenue generation, and expenditure control, you will adjust staffing and other resources to optimize operations and streamline costs. Additionally, you will closely work with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
