We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Frontera Health, Inc.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level BCBA to lead our clinical operations in El Paso. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality ABA services to children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs in delivering evidence-based ABA services to patients and families
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with our product team to integrate technology solutions into our clinical practice
  • Promote community outreach and partnership development to expand our services and reach
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members to enhance their skills and career growth
Requirements
  • BCBA certification with significant experience in ABA therapy
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of successful team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to travel between locations as needed
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
