Aveanna Healthcare LLC is a leading provider of pediatric home healthcare services, and we are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Team Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist Team Supervisor with Aveanna Healthcare LLC, you will have the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to children with various medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of SLPs in providing individualized speech therapy sessions to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Mentor and train new SLP staff members to ensure they meet our high standards

Requirements:

  • Meets the qualifications established by ASHA or other professional organization
  • Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the current state of practice
  • Meet the education and experience requirements for a Certification of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Valid, unexpired Driver's License
  • Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
