Responsibilities
- As a People Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support and maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization's HRIS.
- You will facilitate new hire onboarding, assist managers and recruiters, and create a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain HRIS records, compile reports, and assist with background screening, investigation reports, and reference checks.
- Coordinate candidate or employee changes, including tasks related to payroll, benefits, and IT.
- Process employee activations and inactivations, assess current system utilization, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with HRIS staff to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS.
- Prepare training materials, guides, and documentation, and provide user training and hands-on support.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements and maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with HR business systems highly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
