Job Title: Treatment Coordinator

  • Optimize appointment schedules to minimize wait times and ensure a smooth client flow.
  • Welcoming patients warmly and creating a comfortable environment from the moment they arrive.
  • Verify patient insurance details and communicate coverage information effectively.
  • Support the dental team by assisting with tasks and ensuring the practice operates efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing practice needs, taking on additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Managerial experience is an advantage.
