CGO Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused CGO Coordinator to join our team at ShopRite of Hadley Commons. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting charitable promotions, and assisting with the onboarding of new associates.

• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Promote the sale of current charitable promotions to customers, driving sales and supporting our community.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new department associates, including interviewing, selection, and training.
• Maintain proper staffing levels to meet projected sales and customer demand.
