Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating learning activities, managing new hire learning processes, and communicating company policies and changes to associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Activities Coordination: Organize materials for course delivery, utilize systems to monitor, track, and report learning activities, consolidate trainee feedback and performance metric results, advise on course facilitation improvements, and maintain project timelines.
  • New Hire Learning Processes: Assist with orientation and onboarding, schedule new hire trainings, and conduct new hire orientation.
  • Paperwork, Records, and Transactions: File, enter, and ensure accuracy of associate records, review returned documents for accuracy and completeness, process associate time, attendance, and other records, update associate changes in personal information, finalize and correct payroll, and escalate human resources and associate issues to management.
  • Communication and Compliance: Communicate company policies and changes to associates, answer associate questions regarding content, demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and participate in teams, use and share resources, information, and tools, determine customer needs and business priorities, coordinate and execute work assignments, provide advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved, and model and help others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related fields, or 1 year's experience in communications, contact center, or related area.
  • Skills: Organizational skills, experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PPT, and Outlook, experience putting together data into reports, and ability to facilitate in front of large groups.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communication, or Education, 4 to 6 years of training others in a production-based environment.
Benefits

Walmart offers a competitive hourly wage range of $14.00-$22.50, additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Sales Volume Category (SVC).
