Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Extended Stay America Corpus Christi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and handling various hotel operations. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Reservations: Make and modify reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Hotel Operations: Assist with various hotel operations, including room assignments, key management, and guest services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Possess a positive and upbeat personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
