Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent at MCR Hotels is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing the administrative processes of our hotels. As a key member of our team, you will provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a positive stay from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest requests, complaints, and problems, and follow up to ensure resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation, and communicate this information to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as checking guests in and out, handling room reservations, and processing payments.
  • Restock front desk area and supplies as required, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Company-approved software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Brand knowledge and experience.
