Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to assist with bookkeeping for multiple businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of Big Frig.


Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.


Responsibilities
  • Collect past due invoices.
  • Perform bi-monthly payroll processes.
  • Handle administration of benefits.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork.
  • Prepare filing of all payroll related returns.
  • Prepare calculation of sales tax and return preparation.
  • General ledger analysis and reconciliation.
  • Reconciliation of bank account on monthly basis
  • Monitor in A/P, A/R and inventory.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Prepare invoices.
  • Provide great customer service to customers.

Requirements
  • Great work ethic.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • Excellent with QuickBooks.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Must be a TEAM PLAYER.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and great problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage the books for multiple entities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
