This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $130,000 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial analysis and financial planning techniques, with experience in corporate accounting practices and principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and corporations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses to identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients on financial planning strategies related to tax implications, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Provide tax due diligence support for mergers and acquisitions, leveraging technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
  • Oversee accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and compliance, maintaining accurate financial records through general ledger reconciliations.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations affecting clients, applying expertise to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Travel as needed to branch offices, adapting to diverse work environments and fostering strong communication skills for effective collaboration across locations.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and financial planning techniques.

  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including related tax considerations.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable processes and general ledger reconciliation.
